What Gets Generated

The AI creates:

Conversation Generation Controls

Duration Slider

Controls how long the conversation runs:

5 minutes — Quick engagement, essential messages only
10-15 minutes — Standard length, natural pacing
20+ minutes — Detailed discussions (good for complex products)

Reply Speed Slider

Controls how quickly participants respond to each other:

Slower — More natural pauses, thoughtful feel
Faster — Rapid back-and-forth, energetic feel

Topic Pause Slider

Controls pauses between different topics:

Short pauses — Continuous flow
Longer pauses — Distinct topic segments

Message Timing Formats

Landing Page Mode (Relative)

Messages use relative timing from conversation start:

"10 seconds" — appears 10 seconds after page load
"2 minutes" — appears 2 minutes after page load

Video Mode (Timestamp)

Messages use MM:SS format synced to video playback:

"00:30" — appears at 30 seconds into video
"05:00" — appears at 5 minutes into video
"15:30" — appears at 15 minutes 30 seconds

AI Continuation

What is AI Continuation?

After your pre-defined conversation ends, AI Continuation automatically generates new messages and can introduce new participants to keep the chat active.

"After the Last Message" Toggle

Found in the Conversation settings:

Setting	Behavior
End conversation	Chat stops after the last scripted message
Continue with AI	AI generates new messages after script ends

When to Enable Continuation

Enable when:

Visitors stay on page longer than your script
You want ongoing engagement without writing more content
Creating evergreen landing pages

Disable when:

You want tight control over every message
Short visit durations expected
Video mode (messages should end with video)

💡 Note: AI Continuation is hidden when only 1 participant is configured (single AI Rep mode).

Editing Messages

Click any message to edit:

Text — Change what's said
Sender — Reassign to a different participant
Timing — Adjust when it appears

Adding Messages

Click Add Message to insert new content:

Select the sender
Type the message
Set the timing
Save

Removing Messages

Click the delete icon on any message to remove it.

Regenerating

Not happy with the conversation? Click Regenerate for a fresh version. Your edits will be lost, so save important changes first.

You can also provide an Additional Prompt when regenerating to guide the AI:

"Make it more casual and friendly"
"Focus more on pricing objections"
"Include more questions about integration"

Front-load value — Key info in first 60 seconds

End with action — Encourage visitors to engage
