    Your FOMOchat has reached its monthly visitor limit:

    • Widget may stop showing to new visitors
    • Or auto-upgrade has kicked in
    • Existing conversations continue working

    💡 Key Insight: If auto-upgrade is enabled (default), your widget keeps working and you're charged for the next tier. If disabled, the widget pauses until your billing cycle resets.

    How Limits Work

    Each plan has a visitor limit:

    • Free: 100 visitors/month
    • Starter: 1,000 visitors/month
    • Growth: 5,000 visitors/month
    • Scale: 15,000 visitors/month

    Limits reset on your billing date each month.

    Auto-Upgrade Behavior

    By default, auto-upgrade is enabled:

    Checking Status

    See if auto-upgrade happened:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Find Auto-Upgrade toggle
    3. Turn it off
    4. Widget pauses when limit hit

    What to Do Now

    Option 1: Upgrade Plan

    Get more visitors:

    1. Go to Settings → Subscription
    2. Click Upgrade
    3. Choose a higher plan
    4. Limits increase immediately

    Option 2: Wait for Reset

    If close to billing date:

    • Check when limits reset
    • Widget resumes automatically
    • Plan ahead for next month

    Option 3: Optimize Usage

    Reduce visitor count:

    • Tighten visibility rules
    • Show only on key pages
    • Exclude low-value traffic
