Accessing Conversations
- Go to your FOMOchat Analytics
- Scroll to the Visitors section
- Click any visitor row
- The conversation drawer opens
Conversation View
You'll see:
- Visitor info — Name, email, location
- Timeline — When they visited
- Full chat — All messages exchanged
Message Types
AI Messages
- Generated conversation messages
- AI rep responses to questions
- Marked with participant names
Visitor Messages
- Real messages from the visitor
- Highlighted differently
- Show actual questions asked
Understanding the Timeline
Messages show:
- Relative timing (when in the flow)
- Absolute timestamps
- Read status (coming soon)
